The club associate programme was designed to help engage, train and retain girls within football by supporting grassroots clubs to deliver engaging sessions which will challenge and develop female players.
Club associates represent the first step on the player pathway and the club associates are carefully selected based on how they intend to support the girls with reaching their potential.
The season 2015-16 programme will see Arsenal Ladies working alongside 16 clubs based within 90 minutes of the Arsenal training ground.
